ANKARA [MENL] -- Turkey plans to form an Islamic consortium to develop a civilian aircraft.
Turkey has proposed a project with Muslim states to develop a civilian passenger jet. Ankara has relayed the proposal to the Organization of the Islamic Conference, comprised of 57 nations."
