As Turkey moves towards the start of its European Union adventure, its capital is geared for a major change in its skyline, with Ankara Mayor Melih G�k�ek leading efforts to usher in the transformation.
Speaking after a meeting with President Ahmet Necdet Sezer, Deputy Prime Minister Mehmet Ali Şahin, Culture Minister Atilla Ko�, Public Works Minister Faruk �zak, Ankara Governor Kemal �nal and various bureaucrats involved in development projects for Ankara, G�k�ek said earlier this week that municipal projects in Gen�lik Park and behind the Ankara Court of Justice had been approved by the committee"
