On Wednesday, Norway made an official announcement following the news about a Norwegian political party funding the terrorist organization the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK). A written statement released by the Norwegian Embassy in Ankara reads that financial support for terror was considered a crime in Norway and would be punished, and that the Norwegian government does not overlook terrorist organizations.
