Berlin Free University President Professor Dieter Lenzen declared some time ago that the IQ of Turkish students was lower than German students. Now German Genetic Research Institute Director Volkmar Weiss has claimed that Turkish immigrant children and former Soviet block immigrant children possess IQs 15 percent lower than those of Germans."
