Britain's High Court decided late Thursday to lift a ban on advertising vacations for the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) on London's transit system.
The ban had been imposed by Transport for London, the municipal body that oversees the capital's transport network, because of concerns that showing TRNC resorts might be offensive due to the divided situation of the island."
