ISTANBUL The latest on 11 human rights activists who are being tried in Turkey on charges of aiding terrorist groups (all times local): 12:55 a.m. Germany's foreign minister is welcoming a Turkish court's decision to free a human rights activist and vowing to continue seeking the release of other Germans held in separate cases.
