President Abdel-Fattah el-Sisi’s visit to New York to speak before the United Nations General Assembly was not only what I believe to be a PR coup, he and his team did some furious networking with heads of state, politicians, and the American business community. During his stay, he met with the Clintons, foreign policy veterans Henry Kissinger and Madeleine Albright, Prime Minister David Cameron, as well as U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon.
