Gov't plans to amend Counterterrorism Law, no plan for general amnesty

The Justice and Development Party (AK Party) government is planning to make amendments to the Counterterrorism Law (TMK) but has no plans to declare a general amnesty for members of the terrorist Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK), according to a Turkish newspaper.
