If Turkey meets its obligations, then Cyprus will respond accordingly, Cyprus’ Foreign Minister Ioannis Kasoulides said on Tuesday.
In a written statement, Kasoulides notes that the EU General Affairs Council, which took place in Luxembourg, decided to proceed with opening Chapter 22 of Turkey’s EU accession course, which relates to regional policy and the coordination of structural instruments.
