Turkey not allowing jailed PKK leader to hold press conference

ANKARA, July 22 (Xinhua) -- Turkish Deputy Prime Minister Bulent Arinc said Monday the government would not allow Abdullah Ocalan, jailed leader of the outlawed Kurdish Workers Party (PKK), to hold a press conference as he had asked for.
