Philippines invites investors from Turkey

THE government has sent a business mission to Ankara, Turkey, to invite investors in the Philippines, the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) said Monday.
In the recent trip, DTI Undersecretary Cristino Panlilio, who headed the delegation, told prospective investors that the Philippines is strategically located in the fastest growing region and flanked by two great trade routes – the Pacific Ocean and the South China Sea.
