Turkey warns companies over Cyprus deals
ARBIL, Iraq, Nov 3, (Agencies): UK-listed oil exploration firm Gulf Keystone has restarted production in Kurdistan, ending a half-year hiatus since the regional government asked operators there to stop pumping, industry sources said.
