EU overlooks Turkish reforms, Dervis tells TÜSIAD meet

ISTANBUL (CIHAN)- The Turkish government has realized significant reforms for full membership to the European Union, however, leaders in Brussels have failed to exert efforts in the same way, said Brookings Institution Vice President Kemal Dervis at a conference in Istanbul on Friday.
