Istanbul Council Members Instigate and Call for Foreign Intervention in Syria's Affairs

DAMASCUS, (SANA)-Istanbul Council has proved that it doesn't care or consider any initiative or plan to put an end to the current events in Syria. Following Syria's signing on the observers' protocol on Monday, the Istanbul Council members hurried to call for referring the Syrian file to the UN Security Council, saying the Protocol has no meaning for them.
