Relations between Turkey and the United States went through an important period in the last week with so many top level meetings crowned by the Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s talks with top Turkish officials. Only two days after her presence, Gen. David Petraeus, who was appointed as the new CIA chief, has arrived in Ankara on his route to Berlin from Afghanistan where he completed nearly two years in command."
