Turkish Airlines has just begun operating a new route between Istanbul and Sulaimaniya, which means that the airline now has five different destinations to Iraq. It’s all part of Turkish airlines plan to become the best airline in the Middle East, and this latest destination is extremely important as it is regarded as a gateway to Europe. All in all, Turkish Airlines makes 24 flights a week to Iraq, including to the capital of Baghdad, Arbil, Basra and Najaf."
