There are no indications that police violence led to the death of a 22-year-old man in police custody in Heemskerk last weekend, the Telegraaf reports on Monday.
The public prosecution department has taken the unusual step of releasing the preliminary findings because of claims made by the man's relatives in the Dutch and Turkish media, the paper says. "
