"Poor Safety Killed 20 in Ankara Blasts, Hurriyet Reports

A total of 20 people died in two explosions last week in Ankara that investigators say appear to have been caused by poor health and safety standards, Hurriyet newspaper reported.
An initial report by the Chamber of Mechanical Engineers said one of the two blasts on Feb. 3 in the Ostim district of the Turkish capital was caused by poorly managed oxygen tubes, the newspaper said. "
