The race to buy assets from Dogan Yayin, the Turkish media group battling multibillion dollar tax fines, is turning into an object lesson in negotiating emerging market minefields. Up for sale are TV and print assets that include two of Turkey’s most popular entertainment channels. Three foreign bidders are in the running: Time Warner, and the private equity firms KKR and Texas Pacific Group."
