Two retired Turkish generals have been charged over an alleged plot in 2003 to overthrow the government, BBC reports Saturday.
The former Head of Turkey's First Army, Cetin Dogan, and former Special Forces Commander, Engin Alan, are being held behind bars pending court appearances."
