"Pak-Turkey judicial bodies to cooperate, MoU signed
ISLAMABAD, Apr 25 (APP): The Chief Justice of Pakistan and the President of the Constitutional Court of Turkey signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on bilateral cooperation between the judicial bodies of the two countries. Speaking at the signing ceremony, the Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry expressed the hope that the MoU between the two countries would expand the cooperation between the Constitutional Court of Turkey and Supreme Court of Pakistan.
The Chief Justice, who is on a three-day visit to Turkey at the invitation of the President of the Constitutional Court of Turkey Hashim KILIC attended the ceremonies marking the 47th anniversary of the establishment of the Turkish Constitutional Court and inauguration ceremony of the new Constitutional Court building in Oran District of Ankara on Friday, says a press release received here from Ankara."
