"Turkey stresses new resolution needed for stability in Kosovo

Turkish Foreign Ministry Spokesman Levent Bilman said on Friday that his country believed a new resolution to be adopted by UN Security Council on Kosovo issue, was the only way that could provide stability in Kosovo and the region.
Bilman said that Kosovo issue 'has entered a new phase' with UN Special Envoy for Kosovo Martti Ahtisaari's latest report and proposal that submitted to the UN Security Council on March 26."
