"Turkey's Gul invites Merkel to Ankara
BERLIN, Nov. 18 (UPI) -- Turkish Foreign Minister Abdullah Gul Friday met with designated Germany Chancellor Angela Merkel in Berlin and invited her to Ankara.
Gul said the one-hour-meeting culminated in 'productive talks,' and added both politicians agreed to intensify the already strong relations between both countries. Gul said he invited Merkel to visit Ankara early 2006."
