"Turkey's E.U. Bid Discussed In New York
NEW YORK - Turkey's EU bid and its future was discussed in a panel discussion organized by American Turkish Society (ATS) in New York on Wednesday.
A foreign policy analyst from the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) Steven Cook told the meeting that Turkey was one of the most important countries in respect of US's foreign policy. Cook praised the structural reforms undertaken by the AK Party government in Turkey in the last three years. "
