"Cypriot government sees crisis in EU-Turkey relations
Cypriot government spokesman Kypros Chrysostomides said on Friday that there is a clear crisis phenomenon in EU-Turkey relations, referring to a report by the EU and reactions from Turkey.
'It seems that a bill has been given to Turkey from the EU, which Ankara has to pay,' the spokesman said, adding Turkey must meet its European obligations or deal with the EU collectively.
Cyprus government on Thursday expressed satisfaction over the report by EU Expansion Commissioner Oly Rehn."
