"Turkey not to Release National Program in Response to EU Document
Turkey will not release a new “National Program” (NP), so as not to reveal its position to the European Union (EU), following the release of the European Union Accession Partnership Document, or the APD.
Turkish Foreign Minister Abdullah Gul warned the Union about Cyprus: “As long as the Cyprus issue persists there will be ups and downs. There will even come a moment where situations may overshadow the strategic cooperation envisaged by the EU.
