NICOSIA, July 22 (Reuters) - Police in Cyprus are planning a huge security operation for a Champions League qualifier pitting Greek Cypriots against a team from Turkey for the first time since their sides went to war 31 years ago.
At least 1,000 police officers are expected to be on duty to ensure a trouble-free night when Anorthosis Famagusta take on Turkey's Trabzonspor on Tuesday in the first leg of their second qualifying round tie."
