Is the Turkey's EU membership in question? 'Yes,' said Richard Howit a European Parliament Member. Speaking in a special report on CNN International, Howitt said that although there were many reasons behind the 'No' votes in both the Netherlands and France on the new European Constitution he believes that the voting was based on a growing racism within the European public and next generation of centre-right governance of these countries."
