After Greek Cypriots' filed a lawsuit against Turks for real estate they had been forced to leave in Northern Cyprus prior to the 1974 peace operation, Turkish Cypriots have taken action and filed counter-suits against the Greek Cypriot administration for Turkish owned real estate in the south. "
