"'Armenia should recognize Turkish border'

Murat Mercan, head of the Turkish delegation at the Council of Europe Parliamentary Assembly, yesterday said Armenia should recognize the Turkish border.
A report on the constitutional reform process in Armenia was discussed at the assembly's meeting. During the debates, Mercan referred to a �western Armenia� expression in the preamble of the Armenian constitution and said the expression meant Armenia considers this region of Turkey theirs."
