BRUSSELS (AFX) - Most EU leaders favour honouring a commitment to start accession talks with Turkey, the EU's Luxembourg presidency said Thursday.
'Most of our colleagues... expressed the view that the commitments the EU has taken over the last period... have to be fully taken into account and have to be respected,' said Prime Minister Jean-Claude Juncker. "
