Foreign Minister Abdullah Gul outlined the advantages of European Union membership and promised further reforms, speaking on Saturday during a presentation before a forum in Austria, a local news agency reported.
On the second day of a visit to Austria, Gul outlined his country's continuing commitment to joining the bloc despite the two dramatic votes in France and the Netherlands rejecting the EU's proposed constitution."
