LEFKOSA - The Greek Cypriot administration cannot open an embassy in Turkish capital of Ankara before the Cyprus problem is solved, TRNC President Mehmet Ali Talat said on Thursday. Turkey urged the European Union (EU), United States (US) and the United Nations (UN) to end isolation against TRNC. The Turkish Cyprus is the only European state who cannot make any trade with any country."
