"Fifty demonstrate against Turkey's EU bid
(PDM staff with CTK) 22 June - Some 50 people yesterday gathered outside the Turkish embassy in Prague to protest that country's s planned membership of the European Union.
They voiced the view that the membership would harm not only the EU, but also Turkey itself.
They took along a letter for Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan calling on him to reconsider Turkey's effort to enter the EU.
There were no incidents. "
