�Without a doubt, the result of these referenda will affect the entry of new members into the European Union, especially Turkey and Croatia,� said Spanish Foreign Minister Miguel Angel Moratinos speaking in the Spanish Parliament. Yesterday's vote in the Netherlands, together with the French 'non' on Sunday, has not only thrown the project for a European Constitution into crisis. Doubts are growing as to the pace of further enlargement of the 25-member bloc."
