The British magazine Economist reports that the negative atmosphere following rejection of the EU Constitution by France and the Netherlands could have the greatest effect on Turkey.
Turkey could be more easily integrated into a loose union after these refernda but that realistically it could be much worse for Turkey, the magazine writes. "
