ISTANBUL - Efes Pilsen of Turkey beat Olympiacos of Greece 77-69 in the Group B Euroleague Basketball in Abdi Ipekci Hall in Istanbul on Wednesday.
When Group B's three games were finished, there was a new tie for first place after host Efes Pilsen held on to beat Olympiacos 77-69 behind 21 points from Kaya Peker and visiting Winterthur FCB topped Lietuvos Rytas 61-71 behind 18 points from Juan Carlos Navarro. That results left L. Rytas and Efes tied for first place."
