I was talking to my Dutch friend Donkenenkon the other day at a coffee shop, and I'd like to share our conversation with you.
'So, I hear the Dutch parliament has passed a law to 'test' all foreign-born applicants who want to acquire Dutch citizenship?'
'Yes, that law was passed, and I think it is a good thing.'"
