The French Ambassador to Ankara, Paul Paudade, has said that the rising number of terror incidents in Turkey's southeast is casting a pall over the upcoming EU process. Visiting Diyarbakir Mayor Osman Baydemir in the wake of last week's postal train bombing which killed 5 train workers in Bingol, Ambassador Paudade expressed sorrow for the bombings, saying: 'To kill is a very terrible thing. The killers and those killed cannot be put into the same basket. The killers, the executioners, must be punished.'"
