YEREVAN, January 12. /ARKA/. Turkey and Azerbaijan hinder the involvement of Armenia in the programs of regional cooperation, according to the report of the RA MFA for 2005. As the document says, Turkey requires preconditions for the improvement of the Armenian -Turkish relations. Among them is refusal from the international recognition of the Genocide of Armenians in Ottoman Empire, acknowledgement of the territorial integrity of Turkey, settlement of the Karabakh conflict. "
