Ali Erel lost the Chamber of Commerce elections on Saturday, having been beaten by the 'New Formation Group' close to the Turkish Cypriot leadership.
The new group led by Erdil Nami holds all 50 seats of the Chamber assembly: 33 seats for Nicosia, 9 for Famagusta and 8 for Kyrenia and includes prominent members of the business community. "
