Sweden's Crown Princess Victoria, the first Swedish royal to visit Turkey in 71 years, presented human rights scholarships to two Turkish students yesterday for a one-year study of human rights law at Sweden's Raoul Wallenberg Institute, named after the Swedish diplomat who helped Jews during the Holocaust. "
