"Denktas: 'They Aim to Make Turkish People Minority in Cyprus'
President of Northern Cyprus Turkish Republic (NCTR) Rauf R. Denktas has expressed the belief that the two sides (Greeks and Turkish) in Cyprus will be sitting at the negotiating table in the coming months to resume Cyprus talks.
President Denktas called on the international community to accept the Turkish Cypriot people's sovereignty and equality, and said that a community with no sovereignty is � effectively - nothing but a minority."
