The weather in Ankara is death frozen. The mood is even colder. The EU disappointed Turkey beyond expectations.
By this morning, most of the Turkish newspapers were cheering the date spelled by the EU. 3rd October. But some analysts interpret the situation from a more suspicious window. It has been said that, Cyprus is the deadlock, but analysts claim this is just the tip of iceberg. Cyprus with a population less than a million seems to be the key to Turkey�s membership. Also the limitations on free movement of Turkish citizens and some areas such as agricultural policy turns to be another way of offering �privileged membership�, without mentioning it. "
