"Suspected PKK bomb targets school children

A roadside bomb exploded on Wednesday as a military vehicle guarding a school bus carrying soldiers' children passed by in Hakkari, the local governor's office said. The blast injured 21 people, including 11 children and eight soldiers.
Authorities blamed the outlawed Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) for the bomb, which was detonated by remote control."
