The �Turkish policy� of the new Italian government under Prime Minister Romano Prodi has been a source of curiosity in Ankara, especially after Massimo D'Alema, probably the most unpopular Italian politician in Turkey, became the boss of foreign policy in Rome. The early signs, however, are positive."
