Turkey is determined to crack down on corruption and has set up a strong mechanism to tackle the problem, Parliament Speaker B�lent Arin� said yesterday, commenting on an operation against corruption in the energy sector, reported the Anatolia news agency.
�Irregardless of who is affected by its results, Turkey has set up a mechanism to root out corruption and force the perpetrators to stand trial,� said Arin� in Kahramanmaras, where he went to celebrate the city's independence day. "
