EMEA: Turkey – Istanbul airport bidders line-up

A number of local firms are already gathering for Istanbul’s third airport. TAV Airports Holding, Turkey’s leading airport operator, Limak Holding, which manages Sabiha Gökçen airport, Alarko Holding, IC Holding and Sabanci, along with international names such as Germany’s Fraport, are believed to be interested in bidding the US$9bn 25-year BOT and what will be the world’s largest airport on completion.
