(ANSAmed) - BRUSSELS, FEBRUARY 25 - Following overtures by France and Germany including a visit by Chancellor Angela Merkel, negotiations for Turkey's EU adhesion are back on the diplomatic agenda for 2013, European Commission officials said Monday.
