Istanbul 2020 bid leader to appear at World Sports Congress 2013 in London

The Congress, which is due to take place at the Churchill Hyatt Regency London on February 26 and 27, will see Arat give an exclusive insight into Istanbul's bid with the vice-president of the National Olympic Committee of Turkey (NOCT) to take questions from delegates about how his team plan to maintain a strong bid case to the end.
